Founders:
Mother Hubbard Day Care was established in 1961 by a husband and wife, Mr. and Mrs. William Henry Palmer Sr., who had been philanthropic for many years and had an undying love for the youth of Atlanta. Mother Hubbard is now directed by Mr. Moric Palmer, who is the son of the late dynamic couple.
